LWEA is a democratic organization and as such holds monthly Representative Assembly meetings where Building Reps attend to share with LWEA leadership and each other the latest on what is taking place. At these meetings, the information is also shared and discussed about decisions that have taken place at the district level.

Your LWEA Building Rep is your first conduit to getting information and finding the answers to many of your questions. Whether it is bringing ideas and concerns forward at your building level Labor Management or connecting you with the LWEA leadership and staff, your Building Reps are a great place to start when you need some guidance and support around your professional rights and responsibilities.
