The LWEA B Team Program allows building reps an opportunity to earn clock hours or credit for the rep responsibilitites that done in their building each year. Participants attend monthly Rep Assembly meetings, hold LWEA meetings in their building, attend regular labor management meetings with their principal, and advocate for members when needed.
LWEA reimburses participants for the clock hours/credit upon successful completion of the course. Reps can repeat the class each year for additional clock hours/credit.
