PGP & PGE: The professional growth intersectionWhat is a Professional Growth Plan (PGP)? Who needs to complete one? How can PGPs be used for certificate renewal and salary advancement? How can I use my PGE work to satisfy the requirements for a PGP? Participants will receive hands-on instruction and will actually complete most of your professional growth plan right at the workshop. This workshop will be useful for those who are required to complete PGPs for certificate renewal, and other teachers who wish to use them for clock hour salary advancement. Each PGP is worth 30 clock hours. Learn how PGPs fit with the new STEM and TPEP professional development requirements for certificate renewal, and the role of PGPs in the Washington state certification landscape. |
